A well travelled & trained sourcing team at Lexus continues in selective search of new hardware & quality leathers. This focus ensures that each product reflects an innovative use and combination of different materials from all over the world.

Only the best handpicked selection of bovine cow & lamb skins are used in manufacturing our products. Like fingerprints of the human hand, grain patterns in two skins of the same animal are not alike so any irregularity is viewed as the characteristic of leather’s natural appeal. The type of leathers we mostly use are Drum Dyed, Veg Tanned, Aniline, Oil tanned, Soft nappas and a wide variety of printed & corrected grain leathers. Our tanning process of slow curing enriched with natural treatments drawn from plant extracts, fats & clear aniline dyes brings out the natural characteristics of the leather to the surface, which makes every product original & unique.

Design Studio

Our research and development team is continuously discovering and implementing new ideas in this fashion-conscious industry where there is no place for stagnancy. We hire one of the leading Italian Designers to create new collections each season that are exhibited at trade shows in Milan & London. Our in-house design team consists of qualified designers who are the best in the industry & have international exposure of the finer points of the trade.

Production

We use the latest production technology & machines from Italy & Germany to create masterpieces at our factory.

Our highly trained & dedicated work force of around 300 craftsmen together with 50 technicians, designers & merchandisers produce around 10,000 pcs bags & 20,000 pcs of accessories each month.

All our products are manufactured without recourse to child labour and in social compliance with all EU-regulations.
